According to the deliberation n°152 of September 28, 2011 relative to the rent prices review for the tenants entered after January 1, 2007, the rents of living in premises cannot be increased as from October 10, 2011 for a period of twelve months.

In March 2012, the rents review definitive index (IRL) reaches 114.65.

The April 2012 provisional index is worth 114.95.
