As from October 11, 2012, for the leases concluded or renewed after January 1, 2007, the rents of premises for houseliving can be revalued according to the rents review index, to the maximal limit of 2% a year, according to the deliberation n°152 of September 28, 2011 relative to the rents review prices.

In February 2013, the rents reviewed definitive index (IRL) reaches 118.31.
The provisional index of March 2013 reaches 118.53.
